PRESIDENT’S CORNER
Our WOSJ theme this year 2008 is “Blessed To Be A Bessing.” What does blessed to be a blessing mean? What does it mean to you? Blessed to be a blessing doesn’t always mean blessings in the form of dollars or material things, even though that can be a blessing.
Food for thought to get you thinking about “Blessed to be a blessing”; start at home, what about acceptance, intimacy, affection or relationships…how can these be a blessing to bless others? This year we will be touching on these and other means of blessings.
For some good reading material on blessing read “The Blessing” by Gary Smalley and John Trent. It is a great study and reference book.
What a joy to have Jackie Van Eaton on board as my right hand and Vice President this year.
In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path. You will be Blessed to be a Blessing.
AND NOW MAY
The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you; The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
